Residents can help Fairmount project
Residents interested in helping with the Fairmount Project Playground can e-mail fairmountplayground@hackensack.org. Organizers are seeking those interesting in building, serving food, providing childcare or loaning tools.
Fairmount Project Playground is also selling engraved paving bricks that will mark the border of the community playground. For $100, donors can have their name or a short message become part of the playground permanently. For $40, donors can have a fence picket with their name engraved. The fence will surround the playground.
